I. Introduction
The HTS High-Temperature Gas Filtration System is a newly developed and engineered high-temperature gas filtration system by our
company. This system addresses the shortcomings of similar products in the past and is widely used in the petrochemical industry for the
recovery of dust in atomic energy industrial processes, high-temperature gas dust removal, and thermal energy recovery in metallurgical
industries. It is also applied in purifying air to protect downstream equipment (fractionation towers, compressors, combustion nozzles),
recovering valuable products (such as silicon powder), and effectively recycling and reusing precious catalysts. The system aligns with the
contemporary production concepts of conservation and environmental protection. In the design process, we emphasize the selection of
imported components to enhance the reliability of the system.
II. Process Principles
1.Positive pressure external filtration, with dust collected on the outer side of the filter bag.
2.Reverse blowing methods include online pulse reverse blowing and compartmental reverse blowing.
3.Utilizes the surface filtration mechanism to filter the cake.
4.Pulse controller controls the reverse blowing action.
5.The control device can be wired to the central control room.
